\nI just think that your use phrases like \u201cwhat running taught me\u201d or \u201cthis is what I leaned\u201d prevented your paper from being as strong as it could be. I think it might be stronger if you left these phrases out and just included the message part of it. For example, \u201cIf you have ever been running \u2026This was how I learned to stay positive and never give up.\u201d could be changed at the end to something like: \u201cYou have to stay positive. You can never give up.\u201d
